1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return the item after delivery.
2. Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return requests must be made within 1 or 3 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products, clearance or discounted items, and certain accessories are not eligible for return.
- Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error from Kavya Ethnics.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at help@kavyaethnics.com with your order details and photos of the item received.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
